HAZARDHERO PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS (December 2024)
The HazardHero prize draw (Prize Draw) is run by Co-Pilot Group Limited (the Promoter).
Employees and the immediate family of both the Promoter and Co-Pilot member organisations (Member Organisations) are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw will run from 10 December 2024 until further notice (Prize Draw Period).
In order to be entered into the Prize Draw, entrants must enter through https://www.hazardhero.co.uk/ online entry mechanism.
Entrants must be 16 or over on the date of entry.
Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries.
To be eligible to win, the entrant must live within the postcode of a Member Organisation area and proof may be required. Because these change regularly, a full list of Member Organisations and the geographical areas covered is available on request by e-mailing james@co-pilot.org.
On the first day of each month in the Prize Draw Period, the person with the highest score from the previous month, and who resides within a post code of a Member Organisation, will win a £100 Amazon gift card.
The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
Winners will be notified by e-mail and prizes will be delivered electronically.
The winner has 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected in accordance with clause 9.
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and being contacted by the Promoter about HazardHero or other relevant road safety topics.
Entrants can unsubscribe from e-mail communications at any time using the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the e-mail or by e-mailing james@co-pilot.org to request your personal data be deleted.
The Promoter will never pass data onto third parties.
By entering, the winners agree to their name and general location being used for publicity purposes.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw at any time during the Prize Draw Period without prior notice. Any changes will be posted online at https://www.hazardhero.co.uk/.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Prize Draw, the final decision of the Promoter shall be binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting any prize. The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to, entries or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside its control, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in, or the downloading of any materials in connection with, the Prize Draw.
